INDIANAPOLIS -- Peyton Manning threw for three touchdowns in easily outplaying younger brother Eli as the Indianapolis Colts routed the New York Giants 38-14 Sunday night.

In the second NFL meeting of siblings as starting quarterbacks, Peyton Manning got lots of help from his running game and a Colts defense that was overrun last week against Houston. Joseph Addai rushed for 92 yards, Donald Brown added 69 and Indianapolis (1-1) forced Eli Manning to fumble twice, resulting in 14 points.

The brothers chatted in pregame warmups and twice shook hands at the coin toss. Then Peyton guided the Colts to a 24-0 halftime lead, including a 98-yard drive capped by Dallas Clark's 50-yard TD catch.

The Giants are 1-1.

You said it Colts! Important is the word for the Colts but I think that they will have a Good season overall. I feel that they are still contenders in the playoffs but they won't have an easy road as previously. Glad that Number 18 is the Man with the Rock. Peyton will get it done and the Colts' D is gonna make it without Sanders. Its Gonna be Fun.

I can't say I expect the Giants to win this one. I think Carolina was just a bad team, and even if the Giants play the Colts evenly, our terrible special teams would be the difference.

Are the Giants really this bad?

They suck in all areas tonight.

Thanks Fess. Good Man.

I think the Colts are a team that started off slow last week and played a Nice surging team in the Texans. The FPL Chat (footballproslive.com/chat) provided some good talk about it. The Colts have a chance to come out division champs this year but the Texans are reminding them who they are in that Week One clash. Also, the Titans are strong IMO but with guys like Freeney & Brackett on the Defense & especially Peyton all by himself and with Clark & Wayne there too, nothing short of Awesome! Colts are gonna be fine this year & I expect the Giants to do the same but will be humbled this year; They don't dominate but they do find ways to win; They get respect in that NFC East despite how it looks now; Clem point out in the Chat they are 1-1, 1-1, 1-1 & 0-2. Not stuff expected of teams that are supposed to be in a beasty conference but on-par is still respectful for these teams.
