Chicago @ Miami *Mia - Miami looked god awful.
Buffalo @ Cincinnati *Buf - Buffalo's secondary handles the TOcho show. Bengals 'D'-WTF happened?
Oakland @ Pittsburgh *Oakland - Emulation is the sincerest form of flattery. Measurement game. Oakland rises up.
Houston @ NY Jets *NYJ - Steady drubbing by the Jets run game
Washington @ Tennessee *Ten - Titans 'D' will gobble up D McNabb
Baltimore @ Carolina *Bal - No contest -- none whatsoever. Panthers are the worst team right now
Cleveland @ Jacksonville *JAX - Garrard & Co. sneak up on the Browns
Green Bay @ Minnesota *GB - The fat lady is singing loudly -- Thank god for that.
Tampa Bay @ San Francisco *Tampa - Freeman & Co. steal a roadie from the 49ers
Arizona @ Kansas City *KC - Cards can't handle KC's offense
Atlanta @ St Louis *Atl - Falcons keep momentum going
Detroit @ Dallas *Detroit - Lions play tough in Dallas. Get first roadie since 2007. I'll mail in my marbles as soon as I find them!:woot:
Seattle @ New Orleans *NO - So much for optimism in great northwest. Saints roll.
Indy @ New England *NE - Pats need to keep rolling.
NY Giants @ Philadelphia *NYG - G-Men contain Vick
Denver @ San Diego *SD - Chargers roll. Broncos tag along, lose in OT. Rivers gets huge.

Baltimore @ Carolina *Bal - Panthers have officially imploded.
Cleveland @ Jacksonville *Cle - Browns in a close one
Green Bay @ Minnesota *GB - Another pick I'd like to get wrong.
Tampa Bay @ San Francisco *TB - I like Troy Smith, but sticking with TB.

Atlanta @ St Louis *Atl - Falcons keep momentum going
Detroit @ Dallas *Dal - The switch to Jason Garrett works for another week.
Seattle @ New Orleans *NO - Saints win big

My picks:

Chicago @ Miami: Miami (and an L)
Buffalo @ Cincinnati: Bengals. I think they're the better team and they are at home.
Oakland @ Pittsburgh: Raiders. They've won 3 of last 5 vs Pitt, and they have a pass rush against Pitt's lack of O line. And they can run.
Houston @ NY Jets: Jets.
Washington @ Tennessee: I don't know why - but Redskins. I just have a feeling....
Baltimore @ Carolina: Ravens
Cleveland @ Jacksonville: Jags. I think the Browns will let down a little against the Jags - and Cribbs is hurt.
Green Bay @ Minnesota: Packers. They have to stay on the Bears' butt.
Tampa Bay @ San Francisco: Bucs in a shootout.
Arizona @ Kansas City: 'zona. Again, I just have a feeling.
Atlanta @ St Louis: Falcons. A Rams win would not suprise me, though.
Detroit @ Dallas: Lions take down the 'boys who will lose at home twice in 5 days.
Seattle @ New Orleans: Saints
Indy @ New England: Pats win, and make a statement for all the doubters
NY Giants @ Philadelphia: Giants.
Denver@San Diego: Chargers.

Last Week: 7-7
Season: 74-51

Chicago @ Miami *Da Bears - 1-0 so far. I should quit while ahead
Buffalo @ Cincinnati Bills- Ryan Fitzpatrick!
Oakland @ Pittsburgh duh Raiduhs - Raiders' strengths mirror Steelers' weaknesses
Houston @ NY Jets J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets - Jets getting healthier, Shaub hurt, Kubiak keeps forgetting he has Foster
Washington @ Tennessee Titans - Haynesworth is still laying on the 30 yard line
Baltimore @ Carolina Ravens - Here lies Brian St. Pierre, poor bastard
Cleveland @ Jacksonville Browns - Hillis will destroy this defense
Green Bay @ Minnesota Packers - Will Childress survive the game?
Tampa Bay @ San Francisco 49ers - Rainy and sloppy at Candlestick. Gore will have a good day
Arizona @ Kansas City Chiefs - shouldn't be close
Atlanta @ St Louis Rams - trap game, upset pick, 49ers victim postulate
Detroit @ Dallas Cowboys - I hate picking the Cowboys
Seattle @ New Orleans Saints - Pete Carroll asks Bush for a loan
Indy @ New England Patriots - What Turk said
NY Giants @ Philadelphia Giants - The Giants rebound, Vick comes back to Earth
Denver @ San Diego Broncos - I still don't trust the Chargers

It's a little early still because MNF game has not been played, but I just have to crow. At this moment, I am 12-3 on the week. So excited I probably won't be able to sleep. Worse, next week I won't remember what I did to make it happen.

Come on Denver, make Brauneyz a winner tomorrow!

I'm 11-4, but I really should be 12-3... I have no idea how I picked Oakland. I swear, I didn't mean to...

9-6 so far. What the hell was I thinking picking the 49ers? I should know better by now...

9-6 also. I also went with a bad homer pick. I'll lay out early and say there is absofrickinlutely zero chance the Lions even keep it close against the Patriots.
