I am dying to see this answer! 6'5 track star! And didn't Cris Collinsworth also say that he can still run a 4.2? Falling out of a building!? hahahahaha. Good stuff, Collinsworth!

I hope his son continues the legacy...but WHY friggin Notre Dame Chris?!? Penn State wasn't that far away and has loads of tradition!!! Plus you seem like a Joe Pa type of dude. It saddens me to no end.

After looking at the pictures, it was probably the hair.

In my role as FPL admin, I'm not allowed to say that one particular post is the best of the day so far. But if I was allowed . . .

Wow, that's some solid photoshop right there. Assuming it's photoshop, I don't think Cris plays the drums.

As much as I kid my boy I do have to say that he was a heck of a WR. I loved throwing the ball to Cris. I knew he would be in the right spot and that he would catch the ball, where ever I threw it.
Cris had size and deceiving speed (fast back then but average in today's game). Db's would see this tall skinny kid running at them with arms and legs flailing all over the place thinking that there was no way he could run by them, next thing they knew ... he was by them. He also had smarts and was surprisingly (do I have to say it ?) tough, for such a skinny kid (nickname... Slim). And yes, Cris did wear panty hose in a game. That's the game he and I had to hitchhike a ride to the game and Cris almost cried when we finally got to the stadium alive.

I saw the pic of him in hot pants, um, I mean, track shorts, but the pantyhose thing is new to me.

You should see pictures of him with his perm !! He looked like a scarecrow with an afro.
