Well we've come to the final week of the season, and just when we thought things were finally figured out, we got thrown one last curveball. While the top of the top solidified their spots, we saw cracks in teams such as Denver and Indianapolis. Further, both Oakland and Washington pulled upsets over teams facing playoff elimination, that sent shockwaves through the Bottom 5. Fun fact? The Raiders are now 3-2 in their last 5 games.

We're hitting the home stretch of the NFL season. Boy has this season flown by! Multiple teams clinched playoff spots this week, including Arizona, New England, Indianapolis and Denver.

The AFC North continues to be a jumbled mess. The Browns are out of it, but the Bengals, Steelers and Ravens all have legitimate chances to win the division over the final two weeks. As it stands now, all three teams would make the playoffs, but the Bills, Chiefs and Chargers are nipping at their heels. Another week in the NFL in the books, and unlike most weeks, we actually got a big of clarity. There's a clear top 4 in the NFL right now and its not even close between #4 and #5. Green Bay, New England, Denver and Seattle are the clear class of the league and it shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone, just look at who they have under center and who they have roaming the sidelines. More often than not, teams with top QB's and top coaches will rise to the top.

Week 14 brings you a pivotal matchup in the AFC North. The Bengals are holding on to a 1.5 game lead in the division, but all that can change on a dime. Win, and the Bengals practically have the division locked up with 3 games to go unless something dramatic happens.

Week 13 had no shortage of impact games, highlighted of course by the Packers/Patriots game which could be a Super Bowl preview. If it is, it should be an exciting game. The Packers took the game, and the top spot. Maybe things work out differently in Foxboro or a neutral field, but I was impressed by the Packers D in the game, while also being surprised at how easily the Packers O moved the ball. If not for the Patriots redzone D, the Packers could have won handedly.

So, what did we learn about the NFL this week? If you're like me, we've learned its mostly a mess. The top of the top seems settled with New England, Green Bay and Denver clearly looking like the class of the league. The teams led by Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning? I'm shocked!

We also continue to see the bottom of the NFL be the bottom, though we did see some signs of life there with Oakland upsetting the Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. Still though, the bottom is the bottom for the reason. ...

Well once again we find ourselves talking about a week in the NFL where "Not For Long" seems appropriate. Nothing seems clear in this year's NFL. Denver getting blown out by the Rams? That really just happened?? Yes, yes it did. In total, 4 teams in last week's Top 10 went down this week, and 3 of those 4 got blown out.

It was another crazy week in the NFL that saw three teams as 5+ point underdogs pull off the upset. Top teams like New England and Indianapolis had relaxing byes, but face off this week in a critical game as far as playoff seeding goes. Denver and Green Bay kept rolling with elite play against inferior teams.

Cleveland is no longer a surprise, but their schedule is about to give them the true litmus test. Meanwhile, the AFC North continues to be completely up for grabs. It's the first time since 1935 that an entire division is 2 games over .500. All four teams are separated by just 1/2 a game. AFCN teams are 12-5-1 outside of the division.

This may have been the toughest week for the rankings yet. After the top 3, where do you go? It seems at this point there's the top 3, and everyone else. Teams like San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle are a mess. Baltimore and Cincinnati are tough to trust. Miami and Kansas City have nice records, but how good are they really?
