My vote is Andre Carter. He was deemed expendable by that idiot Mike Nolan when the 49ers switched to a 3-4 defense. He went to Washington and performed very well until those idiots decided to take good 4-3 personnel and change to a 3-4 defense. Now he's in New England with a coach who knows how to play him and he smacked Sanchize for 4.5 sacks.
Also, Andre Carter is a Cal grad. He's a polite and humble man as anyone who's interacted with him on twitter can attest. @mr_carter93
