So David Stern is going to fine San Antonio for sending players home and fielding a scrub team against Miami.

I think Stern should fine his schedule maker instead. I know NBA players make obscene money. But making them play 5 games in 6 days, and 6 games in 9 days, is abusive to their bodies. I don't blame Pop for resting his aging stars.

Bahahaha. You and I apparently were thinking the same thought when we saw this, but you beat me to it. I couldn't agree with you more.

The irony is, the Spurs almost beat the Heat with their backups too. Which makes Stern's rant look even more stupid.
