    It's a hard decision. I think I read that Peyton won 7 of his last 10 playoff games with Indianapolis. So something was working.

    The Falcons say they want to win this week. They'll have a week off next week,, of course. But still, it wouldn't surprise me to see some older players, like Michael Turner, ride the pine.

    One of the commenters noted that Welker was lost for playoffs in just such a junk game. The stuff coaching nightmares are made of?

    Peyton Manning has a 9-10 career playoff record. If you start from the 2006 season (the year the Colts won the whole thing), they are 6-4 in the playoffs. If you look at the Colts record in opening playoff rounds, its 4-7.
