This is a really good question. And it's a tough one to pin down because of all of the variables that we know about and even the ones that have yet to be seen.
And I'm gonna pick...Ahmad Bradshaw. I believe he'll be the starter over Jacobs. He's much better than the seventh-rounder we got him at, and unlike Jacobs, is seemingly still able to play without fear of and while being hurt. We know what Jacobs is now, and my gut feeling is that he's not going to be in the game very long because of his style. Bradshaw is more of the prototypical running back build, and he can protect himself from the punishment that Jacobs often subjects himself to.
I don't think we'll be as pass-happy as we were last year (if we are, that likely means we're playing from behind a lot), so I don't expect Smith or Nicks to be in triple-digits in catches this year. Nor do I see a big number of sacks from a single player of the defense, as Perry Fewell's scheme seems to be about spreading the wealth. I can see Jason Pierre-Paul being in the discussion for Defensive Rookie of the Year, though.
But if we keep the chains moving, then things are going well.
