    Team fan distribution on FPL

Hey Andy, not sure how the back-end database for the site works, but is it possible to show a breakdown of members based on the team they follow (determined by the favorite team field in the profile)?

A casual glance shows a lot of AFC North fans which makes sense considering the OG Contributors (Andy, Cris, Turk and Dave). I've also seen a good representation of AFC-NFC East followers and especially NFC North followers. The AFC-NFC West seems a bit under-represented which is logical because those divisions sort of, umm, suck. The AFC-NFC South also seem a bit thin, but Colts01 makes up for that.

I don't think I've seen a Saints follower yet - I'm assuming they're all still partying (deservedly so).

I live in an AFC South city and root for them against everyone except Dallas, but I won't be putting the Texans logo next to my name any time s....well....ever.

In order to find other like-minded football fans, you can go here:
    http://footballproslive.com/memberlist.php?do=search
    and search on favorite team.

As for the results. I suspected chicanery, but have decided that the 49ers benefit from being first alphabetically. They are way up over the competition. I was afraid that, being first on the list, they were somehow being selected as the default, but I did some testing and they aren't. Here's the full list (very disappointed in Titans fans):

    49ers 28
    Packers 19
    Bengals 15
    Steelers 15
    Cowboys 13
    Giants 11
    Lions 11
    Bears 10
    Browns 9
    Colts 8
    Patriots 8
    Dolphins 7
    Jets 7
    Ravens 7
    Chargers 6
    Raiders 5
    Saints 5
    Seahawks 5
    Bills 4
    Cardinals 4
    Eagles 4
    Panthers 4
    Redskins 4
    Vikings 4
    Broncos 3
    Buccaneers 3
    Chiefs 3
    Jaguars 3
    Falcons 1
    Rams 1
    Texans 1
    Titans 0

I haven't seen too many niner fans, but the site seems inundated with Packer fans...maybe that's just because I notice them!

I think Clem just signed up 29 times to rig the vote. Notice who asked the question?

Poor souls are probably still getting it back together after the flood. Having lived through Hurricane Charlie in '04 it takes months to settle back into your regular patterns of living.
If there are that many Packer fans, not that many post regularly. The Packers forum is not nearly as active as I'd hoped for. I was hoping to pick up some good gossip from the Green Bay locals! lol

I would not do such a thing. I want the 49ers to stay below the radar so that no one notices how inept our offense is.
