    TE (3)
    Charles Clay
    Marqueis Gray
    Matthew Mulligan

    WR (6)
    Sammy Watkins
    Robert Woods

    Marcus Easley
    Marquise Goodwin
    Deonte Thompson

    OL (9)

    Richie Incognito
    Eric Wood
    John Miller
    Seantrel Henderson

    Nigel Bradham
    Kevin Reddick
    Quentin Groves
    Tony Steward

    CB (5)
    Stephon Gilmore

    Mario Butler

    S (5)
    Corey Graham
    Aaron Williams

Guys I think are good enough to stay, if not better than guys by whom they will have been replaced:

    Matt Cassell
    Chris Hogan
    Andre Davis
    Chris Gragg
    Kraig Urbik
    John Conner
    Marcus Thigpen
    AJ Tarpley
    Merril Noel
    Ron Brooks
    Kevin Reddick

There will probably be two or three other post-cut replacemenys, but that is a stretch for me.

    Misses so far:

Already cut the following guys I had making the final roster, at least for opening day:

    Andre Fluellen
    Cyril Richardson
    IK Enemkpali
Quentin Groves (who played well in the kicking game against Detroit)

Other guys I expected to be cut and were, but who can play:

    Dezmin Lewis
    Andre Davis
    Merril Noel
    Cierre Wood

Also missed on Deonte Thompson, who was waived-Injured. Hogan stays.

Missed on Red Bryant and Meeks as well. Also, Cassell got cut because nobody but the Bills would think to trade for him and his 4M salary.

    Where I assess my performance:

I missed on the QBs, mostly. Cassell is gone, not starting.

Fred is gone, but I nailed it on the McCoy injury train. I think Whaley missed on that one.

They kept 5 TEs? Seriously? I have been hard on Gragg since the beginning of his time here, but O'Leary did squat all summer.

I nailed it first time on OL - they kept 7! The identities, I was 6/7.

They kept 7 WRs. I guessed 6 of them at the beginning, and then 5 when I started thinking about it, which is nice.

They didn't keep the veteran DL backups. Well, Wynn got injured, so he doesn't count, but still.

I was pleasantly surprised by Tarpley making it.

They finally got rid of Meeks.

I did OK. I think they kept something like 42 of the guys I guessed they would keep.

Hope they don't suck, and that the 17 injury-prone guys on the roster stay healthy all year.

Turns out they have 51 spots. Dareus doesn't count Week 1. McKelvin is out for at least 6 weeks. Those spots are likely to be filled by an OL, LB, or DB who was not necessarily in camp with the team.

Whaley is good at some aspects of the job, horrible at the draft. I like what they did with Cassel. That was fairly cagey. I like the choice of Taylor. Believe it or not, I kind of think it's win this year or bust! An opening win over Indy, which I predict, will be a good start.
