Week 3: Jacksonville.
The Jags at home. We don't play them often and BB and company have been guarding against overlooking a team. The win over Miami last week probably helped with that. This is a game, even with that said, that we should win.
In it's way, it's a big game. We have the terrible week 4 bye, then are @Dallas, @Indy, home for Revis and the Jets. That's a huge 3 game section, and so 3-0 going into the bye would be very nice.
It's 64 and sunny in Foxboro and is supposed to get into the 70s with no chance of rain. Weather will not be a factor.
Walt Coleman's crew has the game, and we have Kevin Harlan and Rich Gannon for the second week in a row as the broadcast team.
Notable inactives and/or injured players are Ryan Wendell, Hooman, and Bradley Fletcher for us, and Andre Branch, Julius Thomas, Johnathon Cyprien, Denard Robinson, and Luke Joekel for them. I find the Fletcher inactivation interesting. I wish we still had Browner, and with the train wreck in New Orleans, I wonder if he wishes he were still in Foxboro.
Will Brady keep playing lights out? Will the mostly rookie Oline keep playing great? Will Harmon get a pick for the 3rd game in a row? Does Andrew Luck wish he played for a GM who wanted to keep him off the ground? Three of these questions will be answered this afternoon!
Go Pats!
