Yay, it's our turn for TNF. At least it's at home.
We get Miami, and the game has some meaning. If they win, they'll be 4-3, chasing the Jets and Steelers for a wild card, have an outside chance to win the division and the 'coaching change made them better' storyline continues. If we win, thy'll be 3-4 to our 7-0 and we'll have an effective 5 game lead for the division with 9 to go. In effect, a loss today means Miami most likely cannot win the division.
We're the better team. but Miami has won 2 of the last 3 against us, and they are more healthy. However, we played bad last week and still put up 30 on the (at the time) #1 ranked scoring defense in the NFL.
They have no notable inactives. We have Jabaal Sheard, Tavon Wilson, Shaq Mason, Marcus Cannon, Trey Flowers, and Keyshawn Martin down.
It's chilly but no rain in Foxboro. Nantz and Simms have the call for the last CBS shared TNF game. and Pete Morelli is the ref.
