Certainly, Evans and Jefferson (especially) have to figure things out mentally but there’s no doubt they are huge upgrades athletically... same for Pratt, who may be the most ready of the 3. At least when they’re beat they have the speed to recover and make some plays. Rey and Nickerson (and an out of shape, don’t give an isht Tez) were just mismatched every time.
A post filled with facts! I think I made my displeasure with Rey known a long time ago. Nickerson is a younger version of Rey. Rey made his rep from one really good game.

Of note, the remarks about not having to prop up Cordy Glenn and how most of the important candidates have been around for years and years, here or elsewhere, seemed like a subtle nod to Jonah Williams, and how Turner no longer needs to get a rookie OLT up to speed quickly. His workload didn't get any smaller, but with Williams sidelined Turner can spend more time working with the rest of the lineman.
