The Denver Broncos hired John Fox as their new Head Coach on Thursday (1/13).

Based on his coaching credentials (excluding the 2-14 record last season), Fox seems like the type of coach Denver needed. He has experience rebuilding bad teams and drafts defense very well. The other candidates had no previous Head Coaching experience, and according to media reports, Fox really impressed the Denver Front Office, especially Elway, during his interview.

So far, he has said he will retain Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy (who coached under Fox at Carolina) and is targeting Jim Mora Jr. to run the defense.

How do y'all feel about this hire? What changes should he make?
