Today is my one year anniv. Normally we travel on the 4th to my wife's fam who does NOT have internet, so I listened to Simmons at work, we drove down and I joined as soon as we got back on the 5th. This has been an awesome site and I cannot thank Andy, CC, Josina, Turk, Dave and every one else on here enough for this site. I had basically one site where I was a member and actually posted and I was getting tired of some of the stuff going on there. This site is exactly what someone like me hopes for in a site. I agree with the other posts that say how much it is great that the core group on here knows their stuff, does not get offended easily and supports each other.

To be allowed to post the podcast on here has helped double the amount of listeners I have in one year. For that, I have to thank all the people I have met on here and support that as well. To my enemies, that means I am not going anywhere. You know, until I post my "I Love Led Zepplein" thread with many you tube videos showing exactly how masterful Jimmy Page (re: sloppy) is on the guitar.

For the record, being a metal fan helps me appreciate Zep, have several songs on my iPod that I like, but I am no GOAT guy when I talk about them. Then again, I think the Stones and Kiss are overrated, too, but what do I know? Basically everything I listen is rooted from four sources: Blues from the 30s and 40s (Robert Johnson, etc), The Beatles, Johnny Cash and NWA.

That Time of Year has come around again! On This day in 2010, I joined FootballPros.com after Mike Florio promoted it. I quickly joined so I could talk Football with Cris & others who respected his work like me.

This has been and will continue to be Mad Fun. Where else can we talk about the Refs, Tebow Time, cell phones, movie & TV characters, food, baby wipes and NCAA football All At The Same Time!?!?! LOL!!!!
