When the lockout started, the Bills were among the first teams to layoff office staff before refusinfg to pay into their coaches' pension funds. Do you think the whole organization went into some sort of suspended animation? (Not asked in fun.)
Did they think the lockout was going to last all season? Is that why it seems as if they made no plans whatsoever for what they should do to improve the team once the lockout ended?
