    Mr. McConkey

Phil McConkey is a great addition to the site. I admire his service to the country and his NFL career. His posts are fun to read and he seems like a knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor.

    But...

    This has to be explained.

    The horror, the horror.

Really, this is why I don't watch exercise video's. Yikes!

  3. Oh wow. There are things in life we regret, this is one of them. But at the time, flying to LA to do a workout video(which were all the rage in the 80's) and hanging out with great pros seemed like such a great idea. Believe me, my wife has had a field day with this.

Actually, I think the thing that needs most explained is the shorts on Mr. Simms. I will admit that I miss the wrist bands with the small triangle team logo on them. I wore a couple pairs of them in backyard football games.

Reggie Williams was a little too excited to be there, and Todd Christensen was a little too serious.

But at the 2:49 mark, when they did the full body pan from toe to head, I thought for sure that was one of the cheerleaders, and not Phil Simms. Those shorts should have been illegal.

Lol Phil Simms did a horrible job narrarting. I hope he didn't send this in with his resume to CBS.
