You ever have one of those days when life keeps reminding you how horrible it is? Yup. That's Rage All Day.

Whether its life or your team having a Bad Game/Season, this is a place to bang it when you want to share a song that expresses your emotions or where you can put your own word to work.

Let's try it and hopefully keep it clean also. Hopefully it'll be therapy for us and we can keep it clean. You may not like the music I post but it helps me. Here Goes:

Hey, this thing can work. I think when QBs have a bad game *cough. Peyton against San Diego. COUGH.* then this is the spot to bang it to let all that emotion out!!! Of Course that is in a NBC HR appropriate way! :]
