Lol, no. The co-owner is a female. She went on a spending spree when things were good. Things aren't quite so good now. It's her personal stuff.

Hmm, I see a pattern of poor judgment here. Why must her used clothes be sold in Louisiana?

So, uh... who doesn't answer this ad?

Besides women. Sorry, women, for past, present, and future sexism. I really am. And communists, because I'm about 95% sure you were going to investigate Latin American coffee plantations and try to find insurrectionists and/or people who wanted to form unions. I'm not apologizing to you reds, though. It's the perfect ad, though. I didn't even realize that I desperately want to do this until I saw this ad. In other news, the early twentieth century was still pretty awesome.

As many of you may have seen, I'm down in Louisiana on business. My business down here is organizing and selling my boss's shoe/shirt/purse/pants inventory. It's all designer stuff from Dolce & Gabbana to Christian Louboutin. Andy has graciously allowed me to post the link to the photobucket I set up to post to other websites. I know most of you aren't the target market, but I was hoping maybe you could pass the link along to friends and family that may be interested. I'm being paid by commission only, and this stuff is hard to sell (especially considering I know next to nothing about it) so any help you can give me would be appreciated. Everything on there is priced (prices are negotiable, those prices are generally the purchase price and not what we hope to get out of them) and all sizes are given.

    Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm assuming Louisiana means New Orleans, considering the merchandise you're trying to move. Let me know if you'd like any restaurant recs.

She lives there. Grew up there, come up to jersey for a rich doctor, the relationship fell apart and now she's back home.

Saint Amant, it's about 30 miles from Baton Rouge. I'll be in New Orleans tomorrow though, please give me some restaurant recs, I'd love to check out some local cuisine.

That's the trifecta of bad judgment. The team, the hubby and the binge spending.

She still can't stop. The house she bought was $400k. Prices are cheap down here, but she still thought it was a good idea to spend that much. A much more modest house would easily prevent a fire sale of her possessions.

Is she leasing a new Porsche, too? A $400,000 house in Gonzales is probably obscene. That said, real estate once you get into New Orleans is anything but cheap. To rent or buy, since Katrina, prices have gone through the roof. A house of the same dimensions and of a similar quality would cost millions (plural) in uptown New Orleans.

Obviously, New Orleans's housing market isn't New York's, but it does appear to be going the way of San Francisco.
