One of mine is TLC's "Waterfalls". That was the first video that made me love music and that caught my attention. Social conscience and creative. F. Gary Gray did work on the legendary video in 1995 and my Ladies got a VMA Video of the Year award. Great Stuff.

Sorry but the greatest video of all time, and the launching pad group for so many future platinum artists is "scenario" by leaders of the new school. It's old school, but YouTube it and then Google the members of the group. Kind of a dream team of the og's of rap as we know it. Nwa went on to tons of good stuff, but it was after and pales in comparison. No group in rap ever launched so many heavyweights. If it did educate me..
