  1. WLAL notes: week 2 (fun for all)

I wasn't going to start writing anything for this week's article until Monday, in an effort to make it shorter. But halftime on Sunday Night Football seemed to go on forever and I just had to get started.

    Quote of the week.
"I need to go to sleep...[but] I'm down four points with Drew Brees still playing." --Dean
(TJ: "You were gonna sleep during MNF? Are you sick?")

  2. Your Team Sucks

This is an article I wrote "Onion-style" and posted to my fantasy League page. You may feel free to copy it and do the same, should you find it amusing as those in my League did. NOTE: if you can post a picture with your article, it has the best effect to post a picture of a horrible looking person. 9) Indianapolis Colts - I was still trying to grasp how Peyton Manning ...

We all know Power Rankings are utterly useless and should not be viewed as a legitimate means of ranking teams in the NFL under any circumstances. But a Power Poll? Sounds like something with more credibility, even though it's equally as useless. Long story short, it's an excuse for me to post a blog. Deal with it. So without further ado, let's countdown backwards from 32 to 1 as I try not to look like an idiot by next week.

    32) Buffalo Bills - Trent Edwards continues his mastery ...

  5. Week 1 Power Rankings

We all can agree that Power Rankings are as useless as (bleep) on a bull, but since everybody and their mother does them, I'm not ashamed to throw my hat into the ring:

    1) New Orleans Saints (1-0) - the defending Super Bowl champions will be in the top spot until they are knocked off. Started the season with a solid home victory over the Vikings in a repeat of the NFC Championship Game.

    2) Green Bay Packers (1-0) - in the top spot somewhat by default, but had a hardfought ...
